Advisory Board

The Lesley Ellis School Advisory Board (LEAB) functions as the primary volunteer leadership group within the school and as an official committee of Schools for Children Board of Trustees (www.schoolsforchildreninc.org). The dual and complementary functions reflect the unique and special relationship Lesley Ellis School holds within the larger organization as well as the recognition that strong and committed leadership drawn from the school community is essential for furthering the aims of the school. The LEAB consists of current Lesley Ellis parents, parents of alumni, outside educators, and SFC trustees. All members are appointed for two-year terms by the Schools for Children Board of Trustees.  LEAB meeting notes can be seen here.
